Based next to Marina Mall on Anu Dhabi's Conrniche, Two villas were joined together to create a 10 bedroom clinic for sleep and respiratory issues.  

 

Our initial brief was to create an Armani feel space that was as far from a medical facility as possible, The budget was set and then halved as the project progressed but through value engineering and an accute understanding of medical requiirements we were able to deliver a space with the same look and feel that also complied with Abu Dhabi's extensive rules.
