With 10,000 sq ft ni in X2 Tower JLT. Baker Tilly approached Aspect Intreriors for a turnkey D&B solution. The space is based on Vastu principles and was very much developed in collaboration with the client.  Early on it was decided to ultilise high density storage which has completely changed the landscape of the office.

 

The design was conceived with space efficiency at its core, In terms of furniture benching has been employed to create a scalable resource. At busy periods the space standards can be reduced to increase the headcount without affecting the layout.
