We became involved with the office of the future back in September last year. As the first 3d printed office building in the world the project was a pure exploration of new technologies. Working in close collaboration with the PMO , Future Projects Office and working with the project construction team every last millimetre of the design was considered , evaluated and reworked - the structure which was printed in China in 7m wide cassette sections was rapidly built on site once delivered,

Then the hard work of bringing together multiple trades in a relatively confined space to begin the actual build. Bene were brought on board to provided their state of the art Projection System that was combined with their collaboraton furniture to create a modern bespoke environment for interior -the Space will become the hub and project office for the Museum of the Future as such presentaton, flexible work space and quite spaces were all provided.

This is a truly ground breaking project on many levels - construction, forward thinking on office space- flexible work space and use of technology, The play between indoor and outdoor space is very striking - the  individual  building blocks are connected by an open courtyard cafe - somthing that brings life into the scheme and rewards visitors with an intersting view of the future.
